What is wrong with Yahoo chat rooms? And why is Yahoo closing the hundreds of threads asking this question?

Yahoo chat rooms are completely on the fritz! This new system has been implicated that demands you input a random code to confirm you're not a bot. Upon doing so you get a message saying you can now access chat rooms. Every room you go to it asks for another code, and every chat room you get let into is completely EMPTY no matter how many people it says are there.

And it seems that every single thread on Yahoo Answers that has asked this question has been closed without a real answer being given. Why is it that faceless corporations can NEVER answer their customers? I mean, we all know that you don't CARE about your customers because there are billions of people in the world and losing a few here and there makes no difference, but COME ON! Can't you at least PRETEND to give a hoot? Can you at least give decent customer service?
