bulletin board?

hello! I purchased a pretty simple, cheap bulletin board a while ago. It's one of those self-stick ones where you don't have to assemble anything. here's a link of the one i bought:

the problem is, is that it doesn't stick very well on the black/chalk board that I stick it on, in fact, it doesn't stick at all. The chalk board that I stick it on is clean and never used. Is there any way I can make mi bulletin board stick? I've used duct tape before but that only lasts about a week. how about that sticky puddy? Is there anything else I can try before I just chuck the whole thing and buy a different one?

2. did you try super glue? if that doesn't work chuck it
3. yeah i would try the velcro. go to like a craft store and by velcro. stick one side on the back of the board and the other on the chalk board. if that doesnt work then just chuck it.
