How can I make my own bulletin board for pictures?

ok, so i have a bulletin board, but there's so many mementos on there, i have no room for pictures! so i was wondering, how can i make my own bulletin board, either the type that looks like http://www.jcarolinecreative.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/bulletin_board_header.jpg or just a plain bulletin board, so i can have space for my pictures. thanks!

1. You can get just about any size bulletin board material at Lowes, Home Depot and office supply stores. Frame it any way you want and cut it to any size you want. It'll cost maybe $10 total.

3. Here in VA, we use to have a Helosie which was a section of little hints that people summited. One little girl mention that she had a smiliar problem and what her mother did was buy her a big picture frame and little girl made a College out of all her friends, family and special moments. This seemed to please the little girl, because she could take them out and put new one is with out leaving pin holes in the picture.
