Any ideas on a bulletin board involving THE ATMOSPHERE?

I am trying to come up with a bulletin board. I am doing standard 8, Grade 5 on the atmosphere. The spi's are how do mountains and climates effect weather and climate. Does anyone have any ideas?

1. I would display eye-catching cut-outs of one mountain covered in snow at the top, while the valley below is shown to be warmer by the clothing the people are wearing.
   
   
   
   Also display a mountain on an island, it's peak covered in heavy mist, while the further down one goes, the greener it becomes.
   
   
   
   A mountain from, say, South America.....showing it completely clear of snow or mist.
   
   
   
   Then there's the effect of the mountains on the weather in Washington and how about the Great Rockies?
   
   
   
   I know you're going for a "bigger picture" when it comes to how mountains effect climate, but these displays would simplify the point.
2. I would go with orographic cloud formation/precipitation on the leeward and windward sides of the mountain. For example, the Atlas Mtns in Africa are a cause of the Sahara Desert, the Andes the same for the arid S. American climate, and the Sierra Nevada's for Death Valley, California
