I work in a dorm and have to make a huge bulletin board for my floor. But have no ideas what to do.?

I need something Funny or a funny topic just something huge that would lighten the mood of people on my floor, it doesnt have to have any campus info on it just something that can get everyone involved. Anyone here have any creative ideas for an 4x112 bulletin board

1. You could do something with people's baby pictures; either just put up "then" and "now" or do it as a game, have people guess who is what baby.
   
   
   
   You could do "finish this song", where you (or somebody) starts off with the first line of a song, and everyone adds a line.
   
   
   
   Things like that where everyone can join in.
2. since music and entertainment is generally a big thing to college students, maybe you should find out what is going on in or around campus, as far as live shows or concerts are concerned. find out what cd's are are coming out soon, as well as things about up and coming artists and post that info.
   
   you could also post some [non-offensive] jokes that maybe relate to the holidays (like in october find some jokes about halloween, november; thanksgiving, etc.) and while you're at it, maybe you could do a little decorating for those holidays! whatever you choose, i'm sure it'll work out great =]
3. The topic is up to you but the bulletin board can be made from a 4x8 sheet of that foam insulation blue board; which actually comes in blue; pink; silver and white. Need one bigger get two; Run some ribbon criss cross all over the board and you won*t even need thumb tack. Just stick notices in the ribbon. Get it at Home depot or Lowes; I think it is around ten to fifteen bucks a sheet, maybe cheaper.
4. I don't have anything to make it cool or funny, but I do suggest instead of paper as the background, try fabric... easier to put up and looks nicer, can't be ripped by the drunk college students.
5. Use long pieces of string or ribbon to connect each person with a fact about them.

   Mary - makes killer chocolate chip cookies
   
   
   
   Make the strings fairly long, and loop them in and around each other, so that you have to follow them a ways.
   
   
   
   Add some goofy facts that don't lead back to a person -- 'has a tattoo of a frog', 'is afraid of duct tape', etc., just for laughs.
