What are good elementary school-age bulletin board designs or ideas for "crime stopping?"?

The bulletin board theme is "crime stoppers." I need some contest-winning ideas! ;-) Thanks for pitching in!

1. I am not sure I understand the topic. Most good bulletin boards would be something that interests the children or is pertinent to it. If you crime stoppers board is regarding crime intervention professions then you could showcase pictures of FBI, Police, Security, Military etc...
   
   
   
   If it is more child specific you could have a bulletin board discussing the importance of stopping bullies in their tracks. Have a list of what they can do to recognize them and stop them. Teach the difference between tattling and reporting.

2. Community Helpers with pictures of police, EMS, fire - all helpers with crime. You could even get actual pictures if you live in a small town.
   
   "stop crime in its tracks" and trace all the kid's feet
   
   Put a huge stop sign in the middle of the board and take pics of the kids holding up one hand like "stop" and put those on. - We're stopping crime.
