Any web sites that allow me to blog and have a bulletin board?

Hi. Does anyone know of a website that has both a bulletin board set up (like craigslist) where people can post things under different states, and also have a blog set up where I can blog all within the same site? I'm trying to figure out if this is possible and how to do it as cheap and easy as possible. If anyone knows of any sites currently doing this, I would love to see them. Also if anyone knows of any services that do this that would be great too. I would also like to place ads on my site. Thanks so much!!! :)
