i want to redesign our bulletin board but i dont have any knowledge about letter cutting.help me?

i dont know whats the right color,the right letter cutout and an idea to get our bulletin board looks so informative abd not boring.

1. Any art supply, or hardware store will have pre-cut letters of various sizes, and alphabet stencils of various sizes.
   
   
   
   You can cut your own from construction paper, or sticky-back felt sheets, (those would look cool)!! with the stencils, or buy pre-cut ones.
