How long does it take to board a Flybe propeller at Gatwick like baggage and passengers?

I hate boarding because i just do, its wet and windy usually whenever i board and i just hate it, how long does it take for the plane to start boarding until it starts taxiing thanks!

1. the flybe planes are pretty small and only have around 74 passengers on
   
   the baggage would take around 40 minutes to load onto the bottom of the plane and the passengers around 10 minutes xxxx
