Can you cut meat on a bamboo cutting board?
I'm thinking about buying a bamboo cutting board, but I'm wondering if it's porous--is it save to cut raw meat on the cutting board or is it only meant for things such as veggies? Thanks.

- better to cut on a poly board (non-porous)
- It is a better surface to cut on as it will not dull the blade of your knife like the composite knives will.
Just take care of it correctly.
