Where can my 10 year old daughter have a free chat room?

I have a ten year old dughter who want to be able to chat for free. Do you know where any are?

1. Don't recommend it because it is mostly high school and up and they swear and stuff like that, but, if you want, she can download Yahoo messenger and go into chat rooms or she can go into any of the Yahoo Games rooms and she can chat with people there!
2. Are you kidding me? I don't think any 10 year old needs to be in any chat room of any kind free or not. She is way to young.
3. there are so many chat rooms on yahoo, msn, and any of those but i dont recommend it for your 10 year old. a lot of people are older and do speak very inappropriately.

   She can make a screen name. Download the program. 100% free. Or she can just go to meebo.com and sign on there with her screen name and pass.
