Is there a free chat where i dont have to use any credit card and can use cams for free?

I been searching for websites for chats where i can use my cam and dont have to pay anything or use a credit card and only use Email or nothing at all.



I am looking for a chat where its suitable for me even thou i am 21 years old.
Please give me any chat website or alink that is suitable for me to make friends.

1. Yahoo chat rooms are free but before you can use them you need a Yahoo account and you need to install Yahoo messenger. Since you already have a Yahoo messenger account it means you've already given a bunch of information to Yahoo so you won't need to give them again when you'll be going inside the chat rooms.
   
   There are other alternatives to Yahoo chat rooms where you can use your webcam like camfrog or usachatnow. Many if not most free video chatting sites don't require a credit card at all. You'll find links in my source list.
